SCR CJSC pays special attention to the implementation of youth policy. Work with the youth and the guarantee of their professional growth are regulated by the "SCR Youth" program.
This program is designed for the development of leadership qualities and the adaptation of young employees in the corporate environment. Within the framework of the program, projects are also planned for the children of the company's employees and students of specialized educational institutions of railway transport.

On Sports and Culture Issues
Organizes cultural events, football championships, and "What? Where? When?" intellectual games.
International Youth Cooperation
Establishes ties with railway administrations and youth representatives of foreign countries.

The Youth Council successfully operates in all structural subdivisions and enterprises of the company. The Council aims to unite young leaders from all regions of Armenia, promoting their professional growth and active participation in corporate life.
