Anti-Corruption Measures Report
In the first half of 2022, the work on combating corruption and resolving conflicts of interest in "South Caucasus Railway" CJSC was carried out in accordance with the action plan.
Prevention of conflicts of interest
There were 2 cases of potential conflict of interest between a prospective procurement participant and the company. In both cases, by preventing notification of participation, the conflict of interest was eliminated.
Control of property and contracts
Inspections of property proposed for write-off were carried out. Concluded real estate lease agreements are constantly monitored, and the actual compliance with conditions is checked.
Monitoring and observation
The "Anti-Corruption Hotline" received no reports of corruption or conflict of interest. As a result of media monitoring, no facts of corruption manifestations in SCR were found.
Employee awareness
Employees hired on a permanent basis are timely acquainted with the company's normative and other documents in the field of corruption prevention and conflict of interest resolution.
