Children of South Caucasus Railway Employees Enjoy a Holiday at the Staraya Ruza Children’s Health and Recreation Center

With the support and direct assistance of JSC Russian Railways, a summer holiday program has been organized for the children of South Caucasus Railway employees at the “Staraya Ruza” Children’s Health and Recreation Center in the Moscow region. As part of the summer health and recreation program, four children of SCR employees aged 13 to 16 have been enrolled in a 21-day session running from August 9 to 29.

The “Staraya Ruza” Children’s Health and Recreation Center is located in an environmentally favorable area of the Moscow region. Participants in the program receive round-the-clock medical supervision, balanced five-time meals a day, and rich educational program, including sports activities, practical skills clubs, and other events.

Organizing recreational programs for employees’ children is an integral part of the systematic social policy of CJSC SCR, which is aimed at supporting employees and their families. The company has a collective bargaining agreement providing for a broad range of social benefits and guarantees. Key areas of social support include organizing summer holidays for children, assisting to railway employees’ families upon the birth of a child and to children entering first grade, medical support, granting free travel, and other social programs.

CJSC SCR continues to consistently expand its social programs, viewing the well – being of employees and their families as an important component of its corporate policy and a key factor in building a cohesive and sustainable workforce.
